ActionBet

ActionBet is run by Adrian Dowdle, a licensed bookmaker operating out of the Bulli Greyhound Racing Club in Victoria.
ActionBet offers both racing and sports betting markets. However, at the time of review, their odds weren’t as competitive as those of our recommended betting sites, and they don’t offer an iPhone or Android App.
We’d recommend using other Australian bookmakers.
Licensed By: Liquor & Gaming NSW
Deposit Options: Visa (debit), Mastercard (debit), POLi, Direct Transfer
Withdrawal Options: Bank Transfer
Betting Options: Racing & Sports
WishBet

WishBet is another course bookmaker-turned-online betting site, offering a fairly familiar betting site layout to many others on this list.
Credit where credit is due: WishBet has some interesting features, namely their ‘sick beat’ guarantee, which pays you out as a winner if your footy team goes down by a point or your horse loses in a photo finish.
Beyond that, their same-game markets on AFL and NRL are better than plenty of other small betting sites. However, like many of the newer bookmakers turning to online betting sites, their racing odds were found to be generally shorter than those of the major players.
Licensed By: Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission
Deposit Options: Visa (debit), Mastercard (debit), POLi
Withdrawal Options: Bank Transfer
Betting Options: Racing & Sports
GetSetBet

GetSetBet is an offshoot of Swoopstakes, offering a fairly generic betting site based on the widely used BetMakers platform.
Being a relatively new betting site, there were promising signs, such as an increased number of same-game multi-options compared to when they launched; however, at the time of writing, their offering was too limited to be considered a legitimate alternative to the large Australian betting sites.
One to keep an eye on.
Licensed By: Northern Territory Racing Commission
Deposit Options: Visa (debit), Mastercard (debit), POLi, Direct Transfer
Withdrawal Options: Bank Transfer
Betting Options: Racing & Sports
Who Wins?
Ultimately, these are three very small Australian betting agencies, so we can’t expect too much of them. That being said, none of these sites offer anything unique or a reason to choose them over the likes of Ladbrokes, Neds, or Bet365. Head on over to our complete list of betting sites to find some better options.
